Terms of Service
Rules for using Droopply by photographers and persons using galleries provided by photographers.
Service provider
The provider responsible for making the Droopply service available is Karol Decyk, ul. E.Sz. Zarembiny 19/22, 85-792 Bydgoszcz, Poland. Email: support@droopply.com.
Description of the service
Droopply is an electronically provided service primarily intended for photographers. The service helps a photographer create a client gallery based on a deliberately selected Google Drive photo folder. Droopply is intended to organize the photo selection process and transmit the result to the photographer. Droopply is not a backup service, a general Google Drive browser, or a file explorer.
Google Drive and photo data
Droopply uses read-only Google Drive access where the photographer actively connects Google Drive. Droopply cannot use this access to change, delete, or share files in Google Drive. Processing is performed server-side where this is necessary for gallery functions such as preview generation, import status, and technical management. The photographer can disconnect Google Drive at any time in the dashboard.
Third-Party Integrations (Google Drive)
If you choose to connect your Google Drive account to Droopply, you grant Droopply read-only access to photo folders explicitly selected by you. Droopply uses this access only to generate and manage your client galleries.
Droopply does not claim ownership of images, files, or other content accessed through Google Drive. Your photos and files remain your property or the property of the respective rights holder.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload, display, share, and distribute the photography content used in your galleries.
You can disconnect Google Drive from Droopply at any time. After disconnecting, Droopply can no longer start new Google Drive imports unless you reconnect Google Drive.
Client galleries and retention
Galleries are available for a limited time. In the current MVP version, Free galleries are intended for up to 48 hours, Basic galleries for up to 7 days, and Pro galleries for up to 30 days. Client links may stop working after expiration, deletion, or technical deactivation of a gallery.
Deletion and disconnect
The photographer can delete individual galleries, disconnect Google Drive, and delete the account. Deleting a gallery may result in loss of access to the gallery link, client selection, photo previews, and related metadata. Account deletion may remove galleries, public links, stored Drive connections, and related account data.
Prohibited use
The photographer must not use Droopply for unlawful content, content without required rights, privacy-infringing content, misuse as a CDN or general file hosting service, or attempts to bypass technical limits, plan limits, security mechanisms, or access restrictions.
